It seems that the stage is set for a mega battle between three of the Premier League top clubs for the signature of unhappy Paris St Germain ace Adrien Rabiot.
The 23-year old was thought to be on his way Barcelona but that deal now looks dead in the water with the repercussions seeing Rabiot part company with his own mother who was his agent.
Barcelona have since gone on and signed Ajax playmaker Frenkie De Jong and it is highly unlikely that the Spanish giants will reignite their interest in the French international.
Rabiot has well and truly fallen out of favour in Paris, last October he was dropped and fined for turning up late for training and in January he refused to put pen to paper on a new contract which then saw him relegated to the reserve team for training.
Liverpool is said to be the clear front runners with Jurgen Klopp an apparent admirer of Rabiot, however, they will face stiff competition from both Tottenham and Arsenal, especially Tottenham, who will be looking to spend some cash in the summer with Rabiot being just the sort of player that Mauricio Pochettino likes.
