According to reports in the media, Los Blancos will offer £45 Million cash and Dani Ceballos.
Now, the reason this could work out for both clubs is fairly simple. Ericksen has admitted publicly that he would like to leave for a new challenge and Ceballos has also admitted he wants to leave Real in search of more first-team football.
Add to that the fact that Real are said to be very much interested in the Dane and that Spurs are claimed to be ready to sit down with the young Spaniard over a possible move to North London.
All good right? well, no, there is an obstacle in the way, Daniel Levy.
Levy wants £100 Million for Eriksen and it is unlikely he values Ceballos at £55 Million so the actual final cash fee is still below what Tottenham will be demanding.
The problem for Real is that they need to comply with FFP and they have already spent very heavily, noticeably the £100 plus million for Eden Hazard.
There is a chance this can happen but either Real offer more cash or Levy lowers his valuation otherwise Eriksen will be going nowhere.
