Expected Arsenal line up to face Rennes in critical Europa League match

There is almost certain to be some changes to the Arsenal team that beat Man Utd 2-0 at the weekend for the Europa League clash against Rennes this evening.

Arsenal is looking to overcome a two-goal deficit after losing the first leg 3-1 and the Arsenal manager Unai Emery is expected to put out his strongest possible team.

Petr Cech should replace Bernd Leno in goal and Sokratis is out through suspension which should see Shkodran Mustafi come in.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan could well feature depending on whether he passes a late fitness test, though even if he does come through the fitness test he will probably only be a sub and of course, Lacazette will most likely partner Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang up front.

Expected lineup

Cech
Monreal
Koscielny
Kolašinac
Mustafi
Ramsey
Xhaka
Maitland-Niles
M. Özil
Aubameyang
Lacazette

It should also be said that it would not be a huge surprise if Emery confounds us all and picks a totally unexpected team, he does have form for doing just that.
