Could Arsenal sign Juan Mata?
It is being reported that Juan Mata is stalling on signing a new contract at Man Utd and this has apparently boosted the Gunners hopes of signing the Spanish playmaker.
Arsenal have been linked with the United ace all season long and the chances of Mata being reunited with former manager Unai Emery, who he played for at Valencia, seems to be gaining momentum.
Danny Welbeck prompts a change in transfer thinking
Arsenal head of football Raul Sanllehi appears to have had a change of mind with regards to making any signings in the January transfer window following the injury to Danny Welbeck reports the Telegraph.
Only last month Sanllehi said it was unlikely that there would be any new signings in January, however, he has now admitted that the injury to Welbeck has altered the clubs view and that the club’s recruitment department will now be assessing their options.
